Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day of the week.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

Entertainment shall be permitted on the patio only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day of the week, and shall consist of no more than two musicians.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on the patio/terrace, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 03/30/21 and ABC-253 dated 03/30/21.
