41 - ON-SALE BEER AND WINE - EATING PLACE
Operating Restrictions:
Any violations of the law occurring on the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 9/11/15 constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of the petitioner(s).
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
Petitioner agrees to serve its alcoholic beverages in clear containers that are distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers. Said alcoholic beverage containers shall clearly and conspicuously display the name of the petitioner’s business.
Alcoholic beverages shall not be removed from the confines of the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 9/11/15 and signs shall be posted to this effect at all entrances and exits from the licensed premises.
Alcoholic beverages shall not be sold, served or consumed in their original or pre-packaged containers.
When alcoholic beverages are being sold, served or consumed, employees or agents of the petitioner, or security personnel, shall be assigned the responsibility of supervising the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 9/11/15. The petitioner shall be held accountable for any violations that occur in this area.
Sales of beer, wine and soju shall be made in single serve containers only, not to exceed 24 ounces for beer, 8 ounces for wine and 3 ounces for soju.
No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed to be brought into the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 9/11/15 by the public.
Employees or agents of the petitioner, or security personnel hired by the landlord or management of the premises building currently known as the Grand Central Market, shall be deemed agents of the petitioner.
Anytime the petitioner is exercising the privileges of their license, employees or security personnel shall be deployed as follows: • One (1) employee or agent of the petitioner, or security personnel, shall be stationed at the entryway/exit on Broadway • One (1) employee or agent of the petitioner, or security personnel, shall be stationed on the entryway/exit on Hill Street • One (1) employee or agent of the petitioner, or security personnel, shall be stationed at the outdoor patio located on Hill Street. • Two (2) employees or agents of the petitioner, or security personnel, shall patrol and monitor the interior of the 1st floor of the licensed premises. • One (1) employee or agent of the petitioner, or security personnel, shall patrol and monitor the licensed area of the basement as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 9/11/15. Said employees or security personnel shall be readily identifiable as such.
