Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales or service of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

There shall be no use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on the outdoor patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

The boundaries of the premises will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the adjacent business. Such barriers and boundaries are shown and approved on the ABC 257 dated 10/20/20 and shall not be changed without prior approval from the Department. Two signs shall be posted on each barrier stating "NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT". The sign shall be at least two feet square with two inch block lettering.
