Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 am to 12:00 Midnight Friday and Saturday

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No “Happy Hour” type of reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible at any nearby resident.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio/terrace/other area, nor from said patio/terrace/other area to the interior portion of the premises.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

The petitioner(s) shall post a prominent, permanent sign stating, “NO LOITERING IS ALLOWED ON OR IN FRONT OF THESE PREMISES” in a place that is clearly visible to patrons of the licensed premises. The sign shall be at least two feet square with at least two inch block lettering.
