Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no amplified music on the premises at any time.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the interior premises shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:00 am each day of the week.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 03-19-19 and ABC-253 dated 04-04-19.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises, to include not audible beyond the outside patio areas.
