Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s), as defined on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on the patio, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Sales and delivery of alcoholic beverages to customers in the patio area shall be made by the licensee(s), or an employee of the licensee(s).

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257and ABC-253.
