Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of TIME and TIME.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within (number of hours) of being applied.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated (date) and ABC-253 dated (date).

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated (date) and ABC-253 dated (date).

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated DATE.

The licensee(s) shall not maintain or construct any type of enclosed room intended for use by patrons or customers for any purpose.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

Petitioner(s) shall make no changes in the premises interior without prior written approval from the Department.

Between the hours of (TIME and TIME) or at any time the premises are providing (TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT) , the petitioner(s) shall provide (NUMBER) uniformed security guard(s) in the parking lot and/or premises and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents or the surrounding community. The licensed uniform security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No “Happy Hour” type of reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

All doors shall be kept closed leading to the adjacent premises at 6525 Sunset Blvd during business hours.

There shall be no live entertainment, music, dancing or use of any amplifying devices on the patios at any time.

There licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patios at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The boundaries of the patios will be clearly defined and designated by the physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(S). These barriers and boundaries as approved and designated on ABC-257, dated shall not be changed without the prior approval of the Department of the Alcoholic Beverage Control.

No distilled spirits shall be sold by the bottle on the two patio areas.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the rear(northside) patio shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. midnight daily with the exception of the specific special event dates as follows: New Years Eve, Halloween, the Oscars, Emmy's, Golden Globes, ESPN, Grammy's, MTV Music Awards, the 4th of July and Valentine Day on which dates, sales, service, consumption of alcoholic beverages are permitted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.
