Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption shall only be made to patrons who purchase meals as defined in Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance point of said patio, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

The petitioner(s) shall post a prominent, permanent sign stating, “NO LOITERING IS ALLOWED ON OR IN FRONT OF THESE PREMISES” in a place that is clearly visible to patrons of the licensed premises. The sign shall be at least two feet square with at least two inch block lettering.
