Operating Restrictions:

Private/semi private rooms constructed on the premises shall have the following characteristics: (a) All doors to said rooms shall be constructed in such a manner as to have at least a clear glass window in the upper portion of said door which measures no less than 24" X 48". (b) No physical obstruction, including but not limited to planters, partitions or items of décor, shall be placed or attached, fastened or connected in any manner to any section of the wall or ceiling which would obstruct the view of any portion of the interior of the room. (c) All doors to said rooms will remain unlocked and shall not have any form of locking mechanism attached to or near the doors. (d) There shall be no "dimmer" type lighting controls in the interior of said rooms. The lighting in said rooms will be sufficient to make easily discernible the activities in the interior of the rooms at all times. (e) Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. (f) All food and beverages served to patrons utilizing said rooms will be by way of waitress service only. (g) Said rooms shall not be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with "karaoke" style entertainment.
