Operating Restrictions:

An employee shall be posted at all exits of the boat while the boat 1s at any dock to prevent patrons from leaving the boat with open containers of alcoholic beverages.

Alcoholic beverages shall be sold and served in distinctive cups and no other cups may be used for the dispensing of alcoholic beverages. Said containers shall be readily identifiable as containing alcoholic beverages and shall be distinct and different than containers containing non-alcoholic beverages.

There shall be no sales of alcoholic beverages while the boat is at any dock, except sales to passengers one-half hour prior to departing on scheduled trips or charters, and one-half hour after returning to designated commercial docks pursuant to (A) or (B). (A) In addition to its primary home port dock, a licensee may designate up to ten (10) commercial docks each year at which it intends to embark or debark passengers. (B) A licensee may designate any public commercial dock within the state. Such designation shall be in writing.

All persons serving or otherwise dispensing alcoholic beverages shall be twenty-one years of age or older.

All persons serving alcoholic beverages shall not consume an alcoholic beverages while on duty.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the exterior of the premises.
