Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no pool tables, arcade type games or video game machines permitted on the premises at any time.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than TIME nor later than TIME.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:30 am to 10:00 pm each day of the week.

A bonafide kitchen shall be maintained on the premises and a bonafide restaurant shall be operated from 10:30 am until 10:00 pm daily.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Amplified music shall not be audible beyond that part of the structure which is under the control of the licensee.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises license nor shall the premises be licensed with a public premises type license.

Licensee shall observe fire department patron capacity limit.

Exterior lighting on the building shall be maintained and provide sufficient illumination of the immediate environment so as to render objects or persons clearly visible. Said lighting shall be directed in such a manner so as not to unreasonably illuminate nearby residences.

The sale of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sale of food.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no patron dancing or participation in entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

Applicant shall provide parking for 12 cars in a parking lot and shall provide a valid lease for such parking arrangements.
