Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 AM and 1:30 AM each day of the week.

There shall be no live music permitted on the premises at any time.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 11-20-14.

The rear door of the business shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises, except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

A minimum of two employees will be present at the establishment from 6:00 PM until closing.

The licensee will agree that each clerk employed at the subject premises whose duties include the sale and/or service of alcoholic beverage products shall be required to have completed a Department approved alcohol seller/server training program within 60 days of the premises opening, and that all employees hired after this period of time shall be required to complete the Department approved alcohol seller/server training program within 60 days of their dates of hire.

All employee shall be fully cooperative with law enforcement officers who may be conducting investigations in or about the premises.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a "General" type license.

There shall be no "topless" or "nude" type of entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

It will be the responsibility of the licensee to arrange with a licensed and bonded security company or the Oxnard Police Department to periodically check the exterior of the premises three separate times between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253, shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.
