Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. each day of the week.

No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 10/08/2019.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Private/semi-private Karaoke rooms constructed on the premises shall have the following characteristics: a. No physical obstruction, including but not limited to planters, partitions or items of decor, shall be placed or attached to any section of the doors or wall which covers any portion of the glass within the doors or walls. b. Doors to said rooms must allow the activities in the interior of the rooms to be easily discernible at all times and shall not be lockable from either side of the door. c. The lighting in said rooms shall have no “dimmer” type lighting controls in the interior of said rooms. d. Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. e. All food and beverages served to patrons utilizing said will be by way of waitress service only. f. Said rooms shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with Karaoke style entertainment. g. Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in said rooms during the hours of operation of the premises. h. The lighting in said rooms shall be sufficient to make discernible the activities in the interior of the rooms at all times. i. All windows between the rooms and in the doors shall be of clear glass and have the measurements as depicted on ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 10/08/2019.
