Operating Restrictions:

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the Event Center/Celebration Hall patio area, the Green Room patio area, and the Plaza Courtyard area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

During events held in the Plaza Courtyard where the licensee(s) are exercising the privileges of the license, the licensee(s) shall provide a minimum of two (2) security personnel, unless additional security personnel are requested by the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department or the City of Rancho Cucamonga.

The petitioner(s) shall maintain a three foot fencing at any function in the Plaza Courtyard where the licensee(s) are exercising the privileges of the license and there shall be no entrance or exit maintained from this area.

We agree to notify the Department at least 14 days in advance of any function held in the Plaza Courtyard where the licensee(s) are exercising the privileges of the license.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.
