Operating Restrictions:

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

Signs will be posted at the entrances/exits of the exterior patio area restricting removal of alcoholic beverages.

The patio area shall be under the direct supervision of the licensee(s) or employee(s) during its operation.

The patio area shall be visible from within the licensed premises.
