Any violation(s) of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act occurring in the joint tasting area constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of all petitioner(s) therein.

Only alcoholic beverages produced by or for petitioner(s) under the provisions of the above referenced license may be dispensed or sold at retail from the joint tasting area.
