Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday. Each New Year Eve, sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be allowed until 1:00 a.m.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 8-8-2019.

During the hours of live entertainment the front door shall be kept closed at all times except in cases of emergency, to permit deliveries, or permit the ingress and egress of patrons. Said doors not to consist of a screen or ventilated security door.

There will be no dancing allowed on the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 8-8-2019 and ABC-253 8-8-2019.

There shall be no live entertainment provided on the patio. Any amplified music provided on the patio shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 8-8-2019.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.

Petitioner(s) shall not share any profits, or pay any percentage or commission to a promoter or any other person, based upon monies collected as a door charge, cover charge, or any other form of admission charge, including minimum drink orders, or the sale of drinks.
