Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. daily. Deliveries will not be allowed after 7:00 pm.

The sale of any alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises is prohibited. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on the licensed premises or any adjacent property under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

There shall be no pool tables and no coin operated amusement devices maintained on the premises.

No wine, other than wine coolers, may be sold in less than 750 ml bottles. Wine coolers shall not be sold in less than four pack quantities. The alcoholic content of wine, with the exception of "dessert" wine, shall not exceed 20%.

No distilled spirits may be sold in containers of less than 1/2 pint. (This prohibits the sale of miniatures).

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than five pounds per sale.

Licensee(s) shall maintain the licensed premises and property adjacent to the licensed premises, clear of newspaper racks, benches, pay telephones, bicycle racks, and any other objects which in the opinion of the Police Department, may encourage loitering.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than 7:00 am nor later than 7:00 pm.

The petitioner(s) shall provide off-street parking spaces in accordance with the existing formula used by the planning department.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for keeping the area adjacent to the premises over which the licensee(s) has/have control and the off-street parking area free of litter (See attached diagram).

There shall be no cups, glasses, or similar receptacles commonly used for the drinking of beverages, sold, furnished, or given away at the petitioner's premises in quantities of less than twenty-four.

Lighting in the parking lot area of the premises shall be positioned in such a manner so as not to unreasonably illuminated nearby residences as determined by the Police Department. The lighting must be sufficient to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot during the business hours of operation.

The licensee(s) shall not sell and/or offer for sale or display any magazine, video or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks, anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.

The licensee(s) shall post and maintain signs on the exterior of the premises and on the premises adjacent to and under the control of the licensee(s) prohibiting loitering and the consumption of alcoholic beverages on said premises as prohibited by the Municipal Code of the City of Los Angeles.

The licensee(s) shall retain a copy of the conditions on the premises at all times and will be prepared to produce it immediately upon the request of any peace officer. all employees of the licensee(s) working on the premises, shall be advised of the conditions. The licensee(s) understand(s) that any violation of the foregoing conditions shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation of the license.
