Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., each day of the week.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

When the said patio area is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, the barrier/fencing/railing shall be in place at the boundary location approved on the most recently certified ABC 257.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
