Operating Restrictions:

The designated kitchen-facility trailer, VIN #1GBHP32KX3304991, is replacing the previous vehicle with VIN #1GCHP32M0D3316549, and will remain the permanent kitchen for the licensed premises and is to be positioned within the designated area labeled "A" as depicted and outlined in red on the most recently certified ABC-257.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available to patrons from the designated kitchen-facility trailer at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

The designated kitchen-facility trailer is only permitted to move from the licensed premises when the premises is closed for business to allow for maintenance, cleaning and sanitation.

Any violation of the law occurring on the licensed premises, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC 257, constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of the petitioner(s).

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

Alcoholic beverages shall be sold and served in containers that are distinctive in design and color and are easily distinguishable from containers used in the service of non-alcoholic beverages.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

The licensed premises shall be fully enclosed by a fence with a minimum height of four (4) feet.

There shall be two (2) entry/exit points for the premises, one located on the north side of the premises and one located on the south side, excluding fire exits.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Signs shall be posted at all exits leading into the designated unlicensed area from the designated licensed area stating “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said signs shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7”x11”) and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
