Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 8-22-2019.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 8-22-2019.

The licensee shall not maintain or construct any type of enclosed room intended for use by patrons or customers for any purpose.

There shall be no topless entertainment of male or female performers permitted on the premises at anytime.

Permit any employee or person to wear or use any device or covering, exposed to view, which stimulates the breast, genital, anus, pubic hair or any portion thereof.

Permit any person to perform acts of or acts which simulate: (a) Sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. (b) The touching, caressing or fondling of the breast, buttocks, anus or genitals. (c) The displaying of pubic hair, anus, vulva or genitals.
