Operating Restrictions:
Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight each day of the week.
The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
When the said patio area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.
The boundaries of patio's will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk ad adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries as approved and designated on ABC-257, dated 6/27/19,shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
