Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There will be no dancing allowed on the premises.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

Private/semi-private Karaoke rooms, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 05/01/19 shall have the following characteristics: a. No physical obstruction, including but not limited to, planter, partitions or items of décor, shall be placed or attached to any section of the doors or wall which covers any portion of the glass within the door or walls. b. All doors and walls to said rooms shall be constructed in such a manner as to have at least a clear glass window in the upper portion of said door and wall which measures no less than 22 by 22 inches. c. Doors to said rooms must allow the activities in the interior of the rooms to be easily discernible at all times and shall not be lockable from either side of the door. d. The lighting in said rooms will be sufficient to make discernible the activities in the interior of the rooms at all times. e. "Dimmer" type lighting controls shall not control the lighting in the interior of said rooms. f. Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. g. All foods and beverages served to patrons utilizing said rooms will be by way of waiter/waitress service only. h. No obstructions, other than clear glass, shall be attached, fastened or connected to either the partitions or ceiling to separate the booths/dining areas within the interior space of the licensed premises. i. Said obstructions or partitions other than clear glass shall not exceed 54 inches. j. Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in said rooms during the hours of operation of the premises. k. Said rooms shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with Karaoke style entertainment.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 05/01/19 and ABC-253 dated 05/01/19.

There shall be no selling of alcoholic beverages for future consumption.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.
