Operating Restrictions:

An employee shall be posted at all exits of the boat while the boat is at any dock to prevent patrons from leaving the boat with open containers of alcoholic beverages.

Alcoholic beverages shall be served in distinctive containers that are different from those of non-alcoholic beverages.

There shall be no sales of alcoholic beverages while the boat is at any dock, except sales to passengers one-half hour prior to departing on scheduled trips or charters, and one-half hour after returning to designated commercial docks pursuant to (A) or (B). (A) In addition to its primary home port dock, a licensee may designate up to ten (10) commercial docks each year at which it intends to embark or debark passengers. (B) A licensee may designate any public commercial dock within the state. Such designation shall be in writing.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight except that on New Years Eve sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. provided that theses hours do not conflict with condition #3.

All persons serving or otherwise dispensing alcoholic beverages must be twenty-one years of older.

All persons serving alcoholic beverages shall not consume any alcoholic beverages while on duty.

Petitioner(s) shall not allow "adult" entertainment of the following types: topless entertainment, male or female performs or fashion shows, and more specifically, no entertainment which would otherwise be permitted under California Code of Regulations Rule 143.3 and its subsections.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 01-09-19 and ABC-253 dated 01-09-19

All entertainment shall be limited to the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
