Operating Restrictions:
The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide American/Mexican food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.
Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated ___________.
Loitering (defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business") is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee, as depicted on the ABC-257, dated_____________.
The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

These barriers and boundaries as approved and designed on the ABC-257 dated ________, shall not be changed without prior written approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Signs shall be posted at all public access doors leading outside of the licensed premises indicated that no alcoholic beverages shall be allowed beyond the boundaries of the licensed premises.
