Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

With the exception of restrooms, all patron areas of the licensed premises must be visible to the licensee(s), premises employee(s), and other patrons at all times.

Petitioner(s) shall not require a minimum purchase of alcoholic beverages in any separate or segregated areas of the premises.

Alcoholic beverages shall only be served and poured by premises employees.

Each individual separate or segregated area of the premises shall be staffed by a premises employee at all times alcoholic beverages are being ordered, served, and consumed in those areas.

A viewing window in the door or wall that provides a clear and unobstructed view of the interior of the room. b. All doors to said Karaoke studio rooms will remain unlocked at all times while the room is in use. c. The “Studio Rooms” shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with “karaoke” style entertainment at all times while the room is in use.

That George Sun (DOB: 12-24-1970) shall have no interest, directly or indirectly, in the ownership nor act as a manager or consultant in the operation or control of the licensed premises or business activities conducted in said premises.

George Sun (DOB: 12-24-1970) shall not be employed in any capacity in the operation or control of the licensed premises.
