Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:30 A.M. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 09/18/2018 and ABC-253 dated 09/18/2018.

There shall be no pool tables or coin operated amusement devices maintained upon the premises at any time.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

There shall be no dancing allowed on the premises.

Amplified music shall not be audible beyond that part of the structure which is under the control of the licensee.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than 7:00am nor later than 7:00pm.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The bar area shall be limited to service of alcoholic beverages to patrons awaiting food service only.

The licensee(s) shall provide off-street parking spaces for use by the patrons of the premises in accordance with the existing formula used by the Planning Department. If valet parking is provided, cars shall not be valet parked in the adjoining residential area.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 09/18/2018.
