Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00AM and 12:00AM midnight each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 10:00AM and 9:00PM, each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Live entertainment and the use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited in the outdoor PATIO/DECK area.

Live entertainment shall be limited to no more than four (4) musicians performing at any one time. Said entertainment is permitted only between the hours of 11:00AM and 11:00PM on Saturday. Disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows are prohibited.

Patron dancing shall be permitted only on Saturday between the hours of 11:00AM and 11:00PM.

There shall be no pool tables, billiard tables, video games or any other amusement devices, coin operated or otherwise, permitted on the premises at any time.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

All door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

The sound(s) including but not limited to said entertainment, loud speakers, television, sound systems, or any other types of music/noise from the operation of the business shall not be audible beyond twenty-five feet (25’) from the exterior of the premises in any direction, as depicted on the ABC-257 Licensed Premises Diagram, dated 09/25/2018 and the ABC-253 Supplemental Diagram dated 09/26/2018.
