Operating Restrictions:

The hours of operation shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day of the week.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property or any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the applicant.

The applicant shall post signs, in compliance with Section 41.27(e) LAMC, on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27(d)LAMC in both English and the predominant second language in the area as follows: "It is a violation of 41.27(d) LAMC to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, on or adjacent to the premises."

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on adjacent areas under the control of the applicant shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot.

Lighting in the parking area of the premises shall be directed, positioned and shielded in such a manner so as not to unreasonably illuminate the window area of the nearby residences.

The applicant shall provide adequate lighting above the entrance to the premises. This lighting shall be of sufficient strength to make visible the identity and actions of all persons entering or exiting the premises.

The licensee(s) shall not sell, offer for sale or display any magazine or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.

No wine with the exception of wine coolers, shall be sold in containers of less than 750 ml. No miniatures of any type may be sold. Wine coolers shall not be sold in less than four pack quantities.

The sale or possession for sale of wine which contains more than 10% alcohol by volume shall be prohibited.

No beer in containers under one (1) quart shall be sold in less than six-pack quantities.

The sale or possession for sale of beer which contains more than 4% of alcohol by weight shall be prohibited.

The applicant shall keep the premises and any area adjacent to the premises over which he has control clear of newspaper racks, benches, pay telephones, bicycle racks or other objects which encourage loitering.

There shall be no cups, glasses, or small receptacles commonly used for the drinking of beverages, constructed of paper, plastic, Styrofoam, or other similar material, sold at this premises in quantities of less than twenty-four, excepting individual glass, ceramic and durable plastic glasses, cups and mugs sold in the housewares aisle.

No ice in quantities of less than five (5) pounds shall be sold, furnished or given away.

No cork screws or wine bottles with twist off caps shall be sold.

No single cigarettes shall be sold.

There shall be no coin-operated amusement devices maintained upon the premises at any time.

The sale of products, other than beer and wine, measured by gross receipts on an annual basis, shall exceed the annual sale of beer and wine products, measured by gross receipts.

There is maintained upon the drive-in premises a building or other suitable enclosed structure to be licensed as provided in Section 24040 of the Act, and all sales of alcoholic beverages shall be made from within the licensed enclosure.

No alcoholic beverages shall be sold to any person while such person is in a motor vehicle.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consume on any portion of the licensed premises or any portion adjacent thereto which is under the control of the licensee.

Parking space must be available for persons desiring to purchase alcoholic beverages.
