Operating Restrictions:

Four (4) keys and/or passes, and/or membership cards shall be furnished to the Department upon request. Such keys, passes and/or membership cards shall not be marked or coded in any way such as to distinguish a bearer's official capacity.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

The Petitioner(s) shall post and maintain professional quality signs at the entrance to all unlicensed areas which shall state, "NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT." Said signs shall be no less than 7" X 11" in size and contain lettering no less than 1" in height.

No more than two (2) alcoholic beverages may be sold to any one customer at one time.

No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed in areas where firearms are sold, used, or stored.

Persons who have consumed alcoholic beverages shall only have access to firearms after petitioner's safety procedures have been utilized. Persons shall immediately leave the premises upon gaining possession of said firearm(s).

Persons who have consumed alcoholic beverages shall not have access to the firing range.
