Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., daily.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows on the premises or exterior patio.

There will be no dancing allowed on the premises.

No pool or billiard table may be maintained on the premises.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices on the premises at any time.

There shall be no sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages permitted on the exterior patio.

Individual servings of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed two ounces per glass or container. This condition shall not be construed so as to provide a patron from sampling more than one glass and/or container of alcoholic beverage for the purpose of comparative tasting(s).

Signs shall be posted at the entry and/or exit of the wine tasting area, as depicted on Form ABC-257 dated 09-19-18, stating: "NO OPEN CONTAINERS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT" Said sign shall be no less than 7" x 11' in size and contain lettering no less than 1" in height.

Fixed railings, stanchions, or similar type devices shall be maintained which will physically separate the wine tasting area from the remainder of the premises. Entryways into the wine tasting area shall be no wider than 48".

Signs shall be posted at the entry and/or exit of the wine tasting area, as well as the interior of the wine tasting area, as depicted on Form ABC-257 dated 09-19-18, stating: "NO PERSON UNDER 21 ALLOWED" Said sign shall be no less than 7" x 11' in size and contain lettering no less than 1" in height.
