Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 am and 02:00 am each day of the week.

At all times when the premises are open for business the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sale of food.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food Korean restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food, meals, or other commodities during the same period.

There shall be no live entertainment or amplified loud music permitted on the premises at any type.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. This includes the parking lot adjacent to the building (north side) and rear lot to the west.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Music provided shall not be audible beyond the area under control of the licensee.

The petitioner(s) shall provide 100 off-street parking spaces for use by patrons of the premises.

There shall be no pool tables or coin-operated games maintained upon the premises at any time.
