Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Midnight each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no exterior advertising of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No employee or agent shall solicit or accept any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from any customer while in the premises.

No employee or agent shall accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

The sale of beer and/or wine for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

There shall be no live entertainment, amplified music or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

There shall be no minimum drink requirement for patrons.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which he has control.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

No alcoholic beverage shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.

Petitioner(s) shall not permit any loitering on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s).

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on an adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within forty-eight (48)hours.
