Operating Restrictions:

Alcoholic beverages shall only be dispensed, sold and served in non-glass containers easily distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers.

Except as provided for in condition #5 below, alcoholic beverages shall be dispensed, sold, and served in containers no larger than twenty-five (25) ounce capacity, and no more than two (2) containers of alcoholic beverages may be sold, served or delivered to any one person at any given time.

Petitioner shall provide the Department with four (4) tickets, passes, or other means of entry to the licensed premises. Said tickets and/or passes shall allow access to all levels where alcoholic beverages are being sold, served, or consumed and shall not identify the bearer as being an employee of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and shall be provided on an annual basis.

Sales, service, and delivery of alcoholic beverages by an individual ambulatory vendor for consumption in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recent certified ABC-257, shall only be permitted during Minor League Baseball (MiLB) games.

During MiLB games, alcoholic beverages sold, served, or delivered by an individual ambulatory vendor for consumption in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall be served in containers no larger than a twenty-five (25) ounce capacity. No more than one (1) container of alcoholic beverage may be sold, served, or delivered to any one person at any given time.

During MiLB games, alcoholic beverages dispensed, sold, or served by an individual ambulatory vendor in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall be limited to beer or malt beverages in manufacturer pre-packaged non-glass containers.

Sales, service, and delivery of alcoholic beverages for consumption in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall cease prior to the commencement of the 8th inning of MiLB games, and at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled or anticipated conclusion of any othe scheduled event.
