Operating Restrictions:
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Midnight Friday and Saturday.
The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
