Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. each day of the week.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the premises maintained for the purpose of sales or service of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

At all times when the premises are open for business the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be made only in conjunction with the sale of food to the person ordering the beverage.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

There shall be no dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

There shall be no amplified music permitted on the premises at any time.

No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises.

The door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except to allow for the normal ingress and egress of patrons, in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 11-27-17 and ABC-253 dated 11-27-17.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 11-27-17 and ABC-253 dated 11-27-17.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 11-27-17 and ABC-253 dated 11-27-17.

There shall be no coin operated games or video machines maintained upon the premises at any time.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.
