Operating Restrictions:
Sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:00PM Sunday through Thursday and 8:00AM and 12:00 Midnight Friday and Saturday.
The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on rear PATIO, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
The rear door shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door shall not consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.
