Operating Restrictions:

Alcoholic beverages shall only be dispensed, sold, and served in non-glass containers easily distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers.

Alcoholic beverages shall be dispensed, sold and served in containers no larger than twenty-five (25) ounce capacity, no more than two (2) containers of alcoholic beverages may be sold, or served, or delivered to any one person at any given time.

No more than one (1) container of an alcoholic beverage may be sold, served, or delivered to any one person at any given time by an ambulatory vendor.

Alcoholic beverages dispensed, sold, or served by an individual ambulatory vendor in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall be limited to beer or malt beverages in manufacturer pre-packaged non-glass containers.

Service of alcoholic beverages to patrons by means of wait staff delivery shall be made only pursuant to a specific order, place in advance, by the patron. Delivery of such an order by wait staff must be made to the patron who placed the order.

Alcoholic beverages dispensed, sold, or served by an individual ambulatory vendor shall only be delivered to persons occupying assigned seats.

All alcoholic beverages sold and delivered by wait staff to patrons in open spectator seating areas shall be in pre-packaged, factory-sealed, non-glass containers.

During all soccer events, sales and service of alcoholic beverages for consumption in open spectator seating areas shall cease thirty (30) minutes into the second half. During all other events held at the premises, sales and service of alcoholic beverages for consumption in open spectator seating areas shall cease at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled or anticipated conclusion of the event.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The petitioner shall provide the Department with Six (6) game or event day non photo credential or other means of entry to the premises for all events. Said documents shall allow access to all areas where alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed, shall not identify the bearer as a representative of the Department or as a law enforcement official, and shall be provided to the Department at least one week prior to each event held at the premises.

The petitioner(s) shall post a prominent, permanent sign in the Team Store portion of the Stadium stating, “NO OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ON THESE PREMISES” in a place that is clearly visible to patrons of the licensed premises. The sign shall be at least two feet square with at least two-inch block lettering.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in or on the terrace area (located on the 400 level roof top) at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.
