Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm daily.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The petitioner shall be responsible for maintaining free of liter the area adjacent to the premises over which they control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 10-10-2017.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee,as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 10-10-2017.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within (number of hours) of being applied.

The licensee shall post sign on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27 (d) L.A.M.C., in both English and Spanish as follows: "It is a violation of 41.27 (d) L.A.M.C. to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, which has been opened, or a seal broke, or the contents of which has been partially removed on or adjacent to these premises."

There shall be no TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT permitted on the premises at any time.

The licensee shall provide adequate lighting above the entrance of the premises. This lighting shall be sufficient strength to make visible the identity and actions of all persons entering or exiting the premises.

The licensee(s) shall not sell and/or offer for sale or display any magazine, video or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.

No wine other wine coolers may be sold in less than 750 ml quantities. Wine coolers shall not be sold in less than four-pack quantities. The alcohol content of wine with the exception of "dessert " wine, shall not exceed 13%.

No malt beverage product shall be sold in less than six pack or quart/liter six quantities per sale.

The licensee shall keep the property, adjacent to the licensed premises and under the control of the licensee,as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 10-10-2017.

No single cigarettes shall be sold.
