Operating Restrictions:

The boundaries of the premises will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to seperate it from the non-licensed portion of the theatre. Such barriers and boundaries, as shown and approved on the ABC-257, shall not be changed without prior written approval from the Department.

The licensee shall post and maintain a sign at each entrance and exit to this On Sale Beer And Wine Eating Place licensed premises stating "no alcholic beverages beyond this point" as designated on the ABC-257. The sign shall be at least one square foot with lettering at least 2 inches in size.

The sales and service of alcholic beverages to ticketholders shall only be during, and two hours prior and one hour after a bona fide theatre performance of the company.
