Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 Midnight each day of the week.

A sign shall be posted, refer to Exhibit 1 for positions, which designate the specific area where patrons may consume alcoholic beverages, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

All sales of alcoholic beverages in the general spectator seating areas shall be made only from concession stands and shall not be sold, served or delivered to customers by individual ambulatory vendors, more commonly known as "hawkers".

Alcoholic beverages shall be sold and served in containers that are distinctive in design and color and are easily distinguishable from containers used in the service of non-alcoholic beverages.

Alcoholic beverages shall be dispensed, sold and served in containers no larger than twenty (24) ounces.

No more than two (2) alcoholic beverages shall be sold or served to any one (1) person during any transaction.
