Operating Restrictions:

During normal meal hours the premises shall be designed and used for and must possess the necessary utensils, table service, and condiment dispensers with which to serve meals to the public.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the monthly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

Delivery of alcoholic beverages from one licensed unit to the other by way of the unlicensed walkway/breezeway shall only be allowed by premises employees.

At no time shall the licensee allow any patrons to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages in the unlicensed walkway/breezeway at any time the premises is operating/open to the public.
