Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 am and 12 am (Midnight) each day of the week.

The 40% gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed 60% gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

All door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency or to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverage shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.
