Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of distilled spirits shall only be allowed within the boundaries of the licensee's sole premises as depicted on ABC-257, page #1, dated 03-30-17.

Any violation of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act occurring at areas outside the licensee's premises, as depicted on ABC-257, page #1 and #2, dated 03-30-17, constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of the license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of all licensees therein licensed within the premises.

Each licensee within the LOT 579 of The Pacific City as depicted on ABC-257, page #2, dated 03-30-17, is responsible for ensuring signs shall be posted in a prominent place at each location so marked on ABC-257, page #1 and #2, dated 03-30-17, stating: "NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT"

Petitioner(s) will only serve their alcoholic beverages in containers which shall significantly differ in appearance from those containers utilized by any other licensee located in the LOT 579 as depicted on ABC-257, page #2, dated 03-30-17. Said containers must display the name of the licensee's business.

Petitioner(s) agree(s) to serve its alcoholic beverages in containers clearly distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers.

Petitioner(s) and his/her/its employees shall be responsible to ensure that no patrons leave the Lot 579 as depicted on ABC-257, page #2, dated 03-30-17, with open containers of alcoholic beverages.

When alcoholic beverages are being sold, served or consumed employees or security personnel shall be assigned the responsibility of supervising the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257, page #1 and #2, dated 03-30-17. The petitioner shall be held accountable for any violations that occur in these areas.

Employees or security personnel hired by the landlord or management of the premises building currently known as LOT 579 as depicted on ABC-257, page #2, dated 03-30-17, shall be deemed agents of the licensee. Employees of all licensees therein shall be deemed agents of the petitioner.

The petitioner(s) shall maintain and post professional quality sign(s) at the entrances leading into the designated On Sale General Public Premises stating: “NO PERSON UNDER 21 ALLOWED” Said sign(s) shall no less than 7" X 11" in size with lettering no less than one inch in height.

The petitioner(s) shall maintain and post professional quality sign(s) leading into the Off-Sale General area stating: “NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT: Said sign(s) shall no less than 7" X 11" in size with lettering no less than one inch in height.
