Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices maintained upon the premises at any time.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 03/29/2017 and ABC-253 dated 03/29/2017.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 03/29/2017 and ABC-253 dated 03/29/2017.

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.

The sale of distilled spirits by the bottle for same day or future consumption is prohibited.

The licensee(s) shall not allow "promotional night". Promotional nights include but are not limited to time periods during which female patrons may purchase beverages at a discounted price encouraging patrons to come to the premises for beverages after an entertainment event at another location, and selling certain brands and/or types of beverages at a discounted price to bring attention to these brands and/or beverages.

The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries as approved and designated on the ABC-257 dated 03/29/2017, shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
