The designated patrons, for whose use the license has been requested, shall be members of a private club known as Club Garam and said member's bona fide guests.

WI INC. shall furnish four (4) keys and/or passes to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control investigators and to local enforcement officers. Such keys or passes will not be marked in any manner so as to distinguish the bearer's official capacity. In addition, said keys or passes shall contain random, non-consecutive numbers, various dates of issuance and shall not be identified on any membership lists so as to distinguish the listed member's official capacity. After issuance, the respondent shall promptly furnish a cop of such list to the Department. Access to said membership list shall be limited to the corporate owners and one managerial employee, who shall be identified by the Department.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the specific purpose of any person sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in said premises. Provided, however, that nothing in this section shall prohibit the employers from engaging the services of employees or agents for the specific purposes of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers, so long as such employers are compensated by the employer solely on an hourly or other time basis without reference to the number of alcoholic or other beverages consumed by customers who are recipients of the aforedescribed services.

No employee or agent shall solicit or accept any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from any customer while in the premises.
