Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00a.m. and 2:00a.m. each day of the week.

At all times when the premises are open for business the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sale of food.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 04/07/16and ABC-253 dated 04/07/16.

There shall be no pool tables, coin operated games or video machines maintained upon the premises at any time.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

There shall be no patron dancing allowed on the premises at any time.

Amplified music shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 04/07/16 and ABC-253 dated 04/07/16.

The petitioner(s) shall provide off street parking spaces for 5 vehicles for use by patrons of the premises.

Lighting in the off-street parking area of the premises shall be directed in such a manner so as not to unreasonably illuminate the windows of nearby residences.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 04/07/16 and ABC-253 dated 04/07/16.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than 7:00pm.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sale or service of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.
