Operating Restrictions:

Individual servings of alcoholic beverages that are given away for the purpose of sampling shall not exceed two ounces per glass or container. This condition shall not be construed so as to prevent a patron form sampling more than glass and/or container of an alcoholic beverage for the purpose of comparative tasting(s).

Signs shall be posted at the entry and/or exit of the wine tasting area, as depicted on for ABC-257 date 1/05/16, stating: " NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT " Said sign shall be no less that 7" x 11" in size and contain lettering no less than 1" in height. VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST The sign shall be at least two feet square with two inch block lettering. The sign shall be in English and Spanish.

Signs shall be posted at the entry and/or exit of the wine tasting area, as well as the interior of the wine tasting area, as depicted on form ABC-257 date 1/05/16, stating: "NO PERSON UNDER 21 ALLOWED" Said sign shall be no less that 7" x 11" in size and contain lettering no less than 1" in height.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 1/05/16 and ABC-253 dated 1/05/16.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 1/05/16 and ABC-253 dated 1/05/16.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 1/05/16 and ABC-253 dated 1/05/16.
