Operating Restrictions:

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter and graffiti the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Petitioner(s) shall regularly police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises, under the control of the licensee(s).

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will monitor the two patios at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed, to ensure that the premises will operate in compliance with all applicable laws and/or conditions.

The boundaries of the two patios will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The licensee(s) will erect and maintain signs at all entrances/exits of the two patios prohibiting the removal of open alcoholic beverage containers.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises, except the two licensed patios, under the control of the licensee(s).

The interior door of the premises shall remain open during any sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
