Operating Restrictions:

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:30 am and 8:30 pm daily.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

No wine with the exception of wine coolers, shall be sold in containers of less than 750 ml. No miniatures of any type may be sold. Wine coolers shall not be sold in less than four pack quantities.

No beer or malt beverages in containers under one (1) quart shall be sold in less than six-pack quantities.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Lighting in the parking area of the premises shall be positioned in such manner so as not to unreasonably illuminate the window area of nearby residences. The lighting will be of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot.

The licensee shall be responsible for keeping the area adjacent to the premises over which the licensee has control and the off-street parking area free of litter.

There shall be no coin-operated amusement games maintained upon the premises at any time.

A uniformed security guard shall be available in the premises and its parking lot at all times when premises is open for business
